Job Description

  1. Must possess a Bachelor’s or College degree
  2. At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
  3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
  4. Fast Learner
  5. Can start ASAP

Job Responsibilities

  1. Must be knowledgeable of administrative and clerical procedure and systems and number processing, managing files and records
  2. Gather and consolidate basic information or data required in preparation of reports & maintain organized records for reference
  3. Assist in budget preparation for supplies & handle requisitions
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
